Massachusetts Governor John Volpe (left) admires a plaque held by host Washington Governor Albert D. Rosellini during ceremonies in the Plaza of The States at the Seattle World's Fair. It was Massachusetts Honor Day on August 12 at the Fair. The plaque is a replica of one found at the base of the Massachusetts flag pole in the Plaza.
